There are plenty of big outdoor companies out there to choose from but what makes ours different is our personal touch. We (Mark and Sarah Lind) are a married couple with a family of our own and manage a substantial staff team. We understand the stresses of organising family holidays and corporate events. We pride ourselves on our attention to detail and a personal relationship with the customer.

Our Staff

We retain many of our staff (we must be doing something right!) in an industry noted for high staff turnover. If you are a returning customer, you may remember Cake, Bec, Matt or Stuart.

Cake is a key member of instructional staff with responsibility for the sailing fleet. He is a Dinghy and Multi Hull Instructor and a keen mountaineer in his spare time preparing for his mountain leader award.

Bec is a kayak coach and is also Windsurf and Powerboat qualified. She learned our trade in various centres across Europe and Australia and proves pretty useful in the office too!

Matt is another familiar face for those returning to the centre. In the past he may have been the helpful hand who carried your boat or rigged your sail. Last year we were delighted to welcome Matt as a member of the instructional staff, after completing his Dinghy Instructor. He never misses a chance to get out on the water.

Stuart, RYA Senior Instructor in both Sailing and Windsurfing, joined the Centre to increase the Centre's profile in windsurfing. We increased the fleet of windsurfers and kit at the same time, enabling Stuart to provide a full range of sessions from introductory sessions through too 1 - 1 clinics, at intermediate and advanced levels.

We welcome applications from skilled outdoor instructors and though our standards are high, the environment is friendly and has a family feel. We endeavor to treat our staff and customers in the same friendly manner and it is this philosophy that has been the secret of our success.
