1 Sarah As the owner of Bala Adventure and Watersports Centre Sarah has overall responsability for Bala Adventure and Watersports.
Her credentials include gold medals for White Water Rafting and management responsability at a national centre
As a kayak coach Sarah has paddled across the planet, as well as most of the rivers in the UK.
Sarah is a swift water rescue instructor with sailing and powerboating qualifications.
Sarah also has a number of land based instructor awards being able to ensure her team deliver first class activities.

2 Mark Marks has overall responsability for the provission of fun, safe activities at the Centre.
As a RYA Coach, Powerboat trainer and Yachtmaster Mark has spent a number of years providing instructor training on behalf of the national governing body. He has sailed big boats on the south coast including Fastnet races and Cowes Week.
Mark has a number of instructor qualifications for land and water.

Bec Bec has joined the team this year, as a kayak coach she will ensure that you day on the water is as good as can be.
Bec is also Windsurf and Powerboat qualified
Her prevous experience includes work across Europe and Austrailia.

Cake 'Cake' has worked with Bala Watersports for 2 years and is a key member of instructional staff, with responsabilities for the sailing fleet at the centre, he will take any opportunity to get out on the water.
Cake is a Dinghy and Multi Hull Instructor with a talent to make your visit to Bala an experience you will not forget and long to repeat.
On his days off you may find him exploring the mountains of North Wales as he prepares for his mountain leader award

matt Matt is a familar face at the centre as the helpful hand who will help your carry your boat or rig your sail.
This year we are delighted that Matt is a member of the instructional staff, after completing his Dinghy Instrutor award Matt is taking every oppertunity to get sailing.

Stuart Stuart, is a RYA Senior Instructor in both Sailing and Windsurfing, Stuart has joined the Centre with the task of increasing the Centre's profile within the windsurfing field. With an increased fleet of windsurfing kit for this season Stuart is able to provide intro sessions through too 1 - 1 clinics, at intermediate and advanced levels.
